I did hold all of the buttons for 10-20 seconds and the 3rd time I tried the reset button (again for at least 10 seconds) the lights came on.
The Wireless Internet on the Netgear CG3000D modem is not working properly. I there is any Firmware upgrade available for this modem as the factory default is not working properly.
