Dec 19, 2019 · In years past, you could keep your Gmail account as long as you wanted and as long as you used it in a sensible manner. You had to use it, though. Google automatically deleted Gmail accounts that were not regularly accessed. Not only were the folders, messages, and labels deleted, the account's email address was also deleted.
Apr 23, 2014 · first, thanks for this post. appreciate Google’s design of these email address tricks. this + method is working as long as there is only one side of the + sign is a valid gmail address. if both are valid gmail address, it does not send the email to any id at all. which is safer rather than sending to both. i just tested it with two of my gmail ids. If you apply multiple labels to an email in Gmail, Outlook has no way of knowing which folder it goes in, so it creates a copy for each folder. If you prefer to create your labels in Gmail, Outlook will sync those, just like Gmail syncs folders from Outlook.
Now, you can visit google.com/accounts and click the link next to "Multiple sign-in." After you sign into your first account, you can sign in with up to two additional accounts from the new accounts menu in the upper right hand corner of Gmail, then easily toggle back and forth between them.

That way I never have to access my att email again
